Responsibilities:

Receiving inbound and outbound phone calls to:

• Schedule service appointments
• Be able to handle 110 plus phone calls per day
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Answer customer's questions and concerns as well as directing customers to the right department or employee
• Network and build relationships with the new and existing client base
• Close and follow up on service leads and appointments or transactions
• confirm next day appointments
• Rescheduled previous day appointments
• Regain customer retention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive field service/sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) A plus!!
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• ready to start NOW!
• Fast learner
• Have a great and friendly personality!
• Over the phone experience and must have professional phone etiquette
• Great over the phone voice!
• Great attendance Record a must!!!
