Position Summary:

We are looking to develop a person into a commercial HVAC account manager for which they will keep the customer's happy and provide all the estimates for work that is NOT considered a "PROJECT". This position will start as an estimator for all house accounts and when you are able to provide all the estimates accurately and with value to the customer and company we will start your path to being a commercial account manager.

Responsibilities:

• Bidding Contract negotiations
• Following up on estimates
• Coordinating schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time & within budget
• Occasionally attend job sites pre-construction

Qualifications:

• HVAC estimating, 2 years (Preferred)
• HVAC Commercial Service and Install 6 Years Minimum
• Able to read blue prints
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
