This full time position supports the agencies growth strategies by you being able to quote, sell, bind and process home, auto, umbrella and flood policies per month. A minimum of 3 years hands on personal lines experience is required to be considered. Your Salary will commensurate with your skills and abilities you bring to the table on day one.... Key Responsibilities:

• Provide our customers with superior customer service.
• Service existing customers with payments, policy changes, etc.
• Assisting in the sales and operation of the business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

To be successful you will need the following attributes:

• Must have experience quoting personal line insurance
• Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, insurance rating systems and AMS 360
• Work in a fast-paced, service and goal orientated environment
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Develop excellent product knowledge.
• Pass background and reference check
• 440, 2044 or 220 Insurance License

Starting Salary plus monthly office bonus, Health benefits, Paid time off. Growth potential.

Pay: $44,233.00 - $58,761.00 per year
