Full description of the position

The Residential Fence Salesperson is responsible for managing new leads for fence sales for residential customers. There is no cold calling so leads will be assigned directly to the salesperson. It is their responsibility to make the appointment for an estimate and work with the customer to generate a fence proposal. The salesperson must be able to achieve sales, proper profit margins and demonstrate excellent customer service. This job is perfect for self-motivated individuals who like the autonomy of creating their own schedules and working hard for commission. Durabilt Fence operates year-round so this is a full time position. Compensation is based on a consistent salary along with monthly commissions for jobs sold. It is essential applicants have basic computer skills as all customers are managed through an online software. We are a growing fence company and looking to expand our salesperson team! We are looking for highly-motivated and outgoing individual to join in as we grow!

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
