Sales Operations Analyst

Baja Designs is growing!

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual that is detail oriented and is looking to create a career within the off-road industry. This is a growth opportunity with room for advancement through mentorship.

90-day review with eligibility for a performance-based raise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build and maintain forecasting models to accurately predict upcoming months’ sales.

• Identify sales trends to modify forecast as needed.

• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, marketing, etc. to project future needs.

• Assist Product Development with business cases for upcoming projects

• Research, compare, and update forecasting methods as necessary • Update forecast through our ERP system to our production plant

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or economics; preferred but not required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Extreme attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Microsoft Office Experience (Excel skills are a must)

• Ability to take initiative is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per year
