Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

As one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Chattanooga, we are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to become part of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Servicing of Accounts
• Assist with Billing Issues
• Answer Coverage Questions
• Quote New and Renewal Business
• Cross-Sell to Existing Clients

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Deadline and Detail-Oriented
• Possess Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task and be a Self-Starter
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Online Quoting and Experience with Applied/TAM Systems Preferred
