Job Summary:

As an Inside Industrial Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll assess needs, produce quotes and proposals, prepare contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. To help ensure your success, we'll keep you up-to-date on products and equipment, through regular communication with vendors and manufacturers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Welcomes walk in customers.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of successful selling experience, with strong emphasis on Industrial/commercial sales.
• Must be persistent, energetic, and entrepreneurial
• Prior experience in the construction, equipment or material handling is preferred
• PC proficiency.
• Administration skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
