Full description of the position

At Bollé Safety, we thrive when our people thrive. We’re currently looking for a Sales Coordinator whose role is vital to help our sales leadership team and contribute to our overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

By providing essential support to the sales team, a sales support professional helps optimize sales operations, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving sales targets and organizational success.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details.

This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing sales support for the Bollé Safety sales organization as well as the Sr. Director of Sales. Given the dynamic nature of the sales support position, we rely on this role to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Objectives of this role:

  • Support the Sr. Director of Sales and provide additional support to the sales organization, as directed, to ensure that the company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Sr. Director of Sales and the sales team to help streamline sales activities and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, our customers and various internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance…)
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support teams cross-functionally companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
  • Manage communication with sales staff by liaising with internal and external managers on various projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Sales reporting and analysis: help to generate sales reports from CRM and any other system. Analyze data and prepare sales performance review if needed. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to enable efficient sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Sales support process improvement: continuously improve sales support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to optimize workshop and maximize sales productivity.
  • Gather and analyze data to better understand customers figures, some challenges and help to solve them proactively.
  • Work in close collaboration mainly with the sales team, customer care, marketing, and operations. Collaborate with team members and members of other departments such as customer service and operations.
  • Order processing and management: collaborate with sales team and operations to facilitate the order fulfillment process. This includes entering orders into the system when needed, verifying pricing and availability, tracking order status, resolving any order-related issues and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Communicate with sales and sales management team regularly.
  • Help outside sales team expedite sample request to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting customers and sales team inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to requests or issues.

  • Performs various ad-hoc projects as needed.


Qualifications for Sales Support:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Sales Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Admin
  • Must be able to collaborate well with all relevant teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint) word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented. Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent time management.
