Job Summary/Description: Job Pay (Hourly/Salary): $18 -$22 DOE

KKTV is growing and is now in search of a high-energy individual with knowledge of digital space, and basic accounting fundamentals while presenting with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.

The applicant will need to competently perform administrative tasks as advised by General Manager, HR/Office Manager and our Digital Sales team. We are looking for excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude to meet ongoing deadlines and lessen the ongoing workload of our digital sales team. We offer a flexible work schedule and sales/marketing training while providing a culture that fosters positive team concepts.

A great attitude and sense of humor is welcome. Someone reliable and able to pivot as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record, as you will be required to use your vehicle for business.

Please note - the primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed above

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to assist in entry and modification of digital orders in our Wide Orbit traffic system.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing products including display ads, OTT, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Administration and account list management
  • Ability to prioritize and perform at a high level in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fast learner to become well-versed in utilizing all digital platforms including our core and extended reach products.
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous broadcast and/or digital media sales experience a plus but not required.
  • Administrative/Human Resources support experience a plus
  • Basic accounting fundamentals

EDUCATION: College degree preferred
