Director of Strategy and Integration

The Director of Strategy and Integration oversees referral development efforts, admission processes, and marketing responsibilities. They implement initiatives to achieve organizational goals, lead and motivate staff, and serve as a liaison for referral sources and physicians. They conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and provide training for staff. Additionally, they coordinate facility marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for program development, and assess the effectiveness of marketing plans. This position requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of progressive healthcare sales/marketing experience. LTACH experience highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The Director of Strategy and Integration should be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn and understand industry guidelines and reimbursement processes.
