Full description of the position

The Personal Lines Account Manager will work within our Personal Lines Department in conjunction with referring producers, and will be responsible for the inside sales, servicing, and relationship-building for our personal lines’ clients. They will assist with PL new and renewal account management, placement and coverage reviews, general account management, endorsements, and AMS (Applied Epic) maintenance. An excellent phone presence and willingness to work as part of a team are critical to the position. After an initial training period in our Westminster, Colorado office, we offer a hybrid remote work model.

Primary Duties:

  • Promote and uphold our Company Core Values
  • Support insurance agents and our agency with new and renewal submissions for clients’ insurance policies
  • Prepare and plan for policies that are coming up for renewal
  • Manage applications, change requests, endorsements, cancellations, payment processing, claims intake.
  • Provide outstanding service and build relationships with clients to assist them with their insurance needs.
  • Follow the agency process for managing all activity and client files in our Agency Management System (Applied Epic).

  • High School Diploma/GED (required)
  • Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Minimum 3+ years insurance experience
  • Experience with Applied Epic a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Please note: Starting base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually, with opportunity for consistent merit increases and additional bonuses determined upon employment. The Company offers health benefits, paid/holiday time off, flexible work schedules, remote work options and an exceptional team culture/work environment.

Offers will typically be made in the bottom half of the listed range. The Company takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the positions work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when in determining the salary level for potential new employees. Candidate's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
