Troncalli Automotive Group is actively seeking to find an experienced BDC Director for our CJDR and Subaru dealerships located in Cumming, GA. This is a leadership role that will be responsible for building a department and team. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of building and managing a BDC department from the ground up. Ability to be professional, articulate, and a positive leader who leads by example are a must.

Essential functions:

• Manage all aspects of Sales and Service BDC for Subaru and CJDR
• Ability to interface directly with department head managers
• Manage service volume with 2400+/- monthly appointments
• Manage 500+/- monthly sales leads and maintain 10% closing ratio
• Manage outbound calls for recalls, special order parts and missed appointments
• Be responsible for providing performance reporting for business captured through the BDC
• Responsible for hiring, training and managing BDC staff
• Responsible for partnering with third party vendors and the service department
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to handle a high volume of business with professionalism
• Have experience and ability to handle conflict resolution
• Experience in Reynolds & Reynolds, Wi Advisor, X Time(Subaru Care Connect)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, driving & drug screen)

Compensation/Schedule:

• Compensation $100K+ based on experience and performance
• 5 Day work week
• Serious relocations will be considered

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
