We are currently searching for a business to business sales professional to join our team in the role of Commercial Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate is an EXTROVERT, detail orientated, self-motivated, and a brand builder. Key attributes include excellent organization skills with a strong desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

Highlights:

• $60-$75K first year compensation expected. Base Salary + Bonus/Commission
• Current commercial marketing and sales processes from the industry leader
• Defined territory, Great Chattanooga area

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Build a book of business in the commercial/industrial paint industry
• Create and execute marketing events and campaign
• Utilize social media to promote events and build brand awareness
• Attend networking events throughout the area consistently
• Solicit Requests for Proposals from clients
• Build timely and detailed proposals and manage account start to finish
• Key account management while pursuing new opportunities
• Manage internal CRM throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and character
• Enjoys networking and meeting new people
• Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals
• Engaging personality
• Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
