Professional Financial Specialists, Inc.,a Boulder-based Insurance Brokerage is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager. Duties and Responsibilities

• Claims Assistance
• Policy Renewals
• Coverage Review
• Inbound and Outbound phone calls
• Act as Account Manager, assisting with employee enrollments and terminations
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn new skills and accept additional responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well organized and a quick learner who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Previous experience in Customer Service roles also desired. Self-directed individuals with the ability to work well in a team to drive overall group performance are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• 2+ yrs. experience in Health Insurance or related fields preferred
• Current Colorado Life and Health License preferred, ability to obtain license within 6 months required

Compensation

• Hourly depending on experience
• Base plus Bonus opportunities for new business and retention
