Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Assist clients with benefits administration, including explaining coverage options and assisting with claims
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

- Must be Biliandual English/spanish
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and policies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
