Your role:

Quadient is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven and engaging Sales Development Representative to generate discovery appointments for field sales professionals related to intelligent communication automation (ICA) software with both existing and new customers. This role will successfully execute the early stages of the Quadient sales process from targeting to account access with a desire to be promoted into a field sales role. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling Discovery Appointments for Account Executives that lead to impactful outcomes for both the customer and Quadient. Targeted organizations will be a combination of small and medium-sized businesses within key targeted vertical markets identified for having a proven need for automating outbound customer communications.

  • Schedule Sales Qualified Appointments (scheduled discovery call) within provided focused lists of targeted accounts to cross-sell within one of our key lines of business - ICA.
  • Achieve assigned, ramped revenue quota beginning in month 7 of employment
  • Actively participate in client-facing sales calls with field sales professionals
  • Prospect for new customers through targeted campaigns and blended cadences, with a goal to generate 7 new discovery appointments per week for field sales professionals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key Quadient automation products and tools.
  • Communicate and provide detailed appointment agendas to Quadient Account Executive and key personas (Directors of Finance, AR Managers, and Directors of IT).
  • Document all sales activities using [please apply online] SalesLoft and additional provided sales tools.

This position has an hourly pay target of:

$25.24

and annual commission target of:

$12,000.00

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
