As the Sales Appointment Setter, you will work with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Energy Consultants. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but go door-to-door and find interested customers. There is no experience required - we will train you to succeed.

Key Job Duties:

• Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales) (Must live on Oahu)
• Customer acquisition of residential homeowners
• Set appointments with customers to review their solar opportunities with an Energy Consultant
• Help homeowners lower their current electric bill
• Represent Malama Solar professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout all interactions
• Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively

Qualifications:

• Solar sales or other sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• iPad and smart phone
• Available days, nights, and weekends, if necessary
• Applicants must be 18 or older
