Crisp & Green Colorado is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to add to our team!

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business growth and revenue generation through various sales and marketing strategies. You will be in charge of the coordination, development, and implementation of all sales tactics, marketing and promotion initiatives for our company and company's affiliates. In this role you will be creating brand awareness through community outreach, planning and hosting events, targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is integral to our continued success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide strategy, direction, plans, as well as implementation to sales and marketing initiatives across multiple brands and franchise companies
  • Help create, establishing and grow brand awareness
  • Support business revenue targets, KPI’s and lead generation
  • Achieve all predetermined sales goals for revenue and sales activity
  • Enhance our digital footprint and marketing in our area
  • Responsible for customer engagement and relationship management of customers
  • Identify and solicit new accounts and customers from scheduled meetings, strategic partnerships, cold calls, and inquiries via email, phone, and in person interactions
  • Assistance with task based company objectives related to sales

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ of progressive experience in strategic sales tactics and implementation
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines
  • Technology savvy across all social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with growing restaurant revenue experience a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salaried and commissioned position: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00/ year with included benefits package
  • Full benefits package to include: health, dental, vision and employer-paid HSA contribution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
