About Us:
This is an exciting time to join the Carefield Living management team as we expand throughout California. Carefield currently owns and operates 4 active assisted living and memory care communities in northern and central California and has 7 additional planned senior living communities in development, all in California. With many years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and asset management, we’ve been able to leverage our expertise and resources with the goal of rapidly expanding our senior living platform through both acquisition and development of senior living communities. The Carefield Management team is composed of a core group of experienced senior living industry executives and associate personnel. As owner, developer, and operator, Carefield Living is looking to attract a senior sales executive to round out our experienced management team as we strive to deliver the highest standards of quality and service to a growing senior population through our Carefield Living brand.
About You:
We’re searching for an experienced Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to develop and manage strategic sales plans and programs and support sales execution in northern California. The RDS will work closely with the Carefield corporate office team to develop and implement initiatives in collaboration with our marketing and outreach teams. The ideal candidate excels at organization, planning, implementation, and follow through. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees our community's sales directors' efforts and activities by leading and executing differentiated campaigns and initiatives that enhance the sales process, drive occupancy, and contribute to the overall success of the communities.
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for the Sales division of Carefield communities based in the Northern California region. The RSD will ensure all sales efforts are being completed thoroughly and effectively to Carefield Living standards. The role requires regular onsite visits to the communities with some hybrid remote work allowed. The RSD can be based in the San Diego area or in northern California. The RSD will be responsible for implementation of training, CRM management, and other reporting requirements as determined by Carefield Living. Additionally, the RSD will support the community Executive Director's with sales staff action plans and collaborative communications.
Additional Information:
Our home office is located in beautiful Solana Beach, in north county San Diego. Our home office schedule includes a mix of office and remote work, but primary hours of operation are from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Starting base compensation for this position is $125,00 per year, plus benefits with an additional opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Must pass background check and have up to date COVID vaccinations.
