Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) seeks a motivated and self-driven Sales & Park Business Development Manager to lead a team of Park Sales Representatives and grow our business in the southern and midwestern United States. This is an exciting opportunity with a competitive base salary of $75-100k/annually (commensurate with experience), a commission override on sales generated by your team, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. The position is responsible for overseeing all B2B park/community sales operations in the southern and midwestern US. We expect the Sales & Park Business Development Manager to:

• establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers;
• coordinate sales effort(s) with other departments;
• provide quotations and process incoming orders in accordance with Company guidelines;
• recruit qualified Park Sales Representatives to grow the department;
• achieve sales targets and positive outcomes by effectively managing and leading a team of qualified Park Sales Representatives;
• analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and prepare sales-related reports;
• support trade shows, conferences, and industry events; and,
• facilitate the resolution of issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and overall experience.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and some big-ticket sales experience. Management experience is a plus. The position is located at our office in Fort Worth, Texas and requires the ability to travel some of the time.
