We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative who is eager to gain exceptional business, sales, and customer relationship skills. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts.
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives.
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
  • Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve goals.
  • Ability to create a rapport with potential peers and prospects.
  • Work with a collaborative mentality focusing on the outcomes of the team.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or any related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in the sales field which can include internship experience.
  • Previous sales experience is favored with a history of exceeding lead targets and sales metrics.
  • Previous cold calling experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Desire and ability to move forward in your role to become an Account Executive.
