Wavelynx Technologies is a leading company in the access control industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the inside sales function with existing and new customers to provide outstanding service that exceeds expectations and builds great customer relationships that result in the further deepening of business opportunities.

As a Sales Operations Manager at Wavelynx, you will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales professionals to manage day-to-day operations of customer interactions, order management, cross-selling/upselling, and troubleshooting customer accounts.

This is a Monday through Friday role, 100% onsite at our facilities in Broomfield, CO. Some travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers and partners.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.
  • Lead and inspire a team of inside sales professionals to help them grow and excel in their careers, and drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with internal groups: sales leadership, field sales, manufacturing, R&D, QA, engineering, HR, and executive management.
  • Become a power user of NetSuite, to build, understand, and explain analytics and reporting and use data to drive decisions.
  • Work with management to identify business needs, opportunities, and challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure quotes for new business are accurate and timely, monitor customer invoicing for accuracy, and lead the collection process.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement as we continue to build out and scale the sales channels and partner with management to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Oversee NetSuite CRM & other sales tools gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align with broader company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven five years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related role within a sales organization with at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, best practices, sales performance metrics, KPIs, and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or software engineering environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to lead by example with a great attitude.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is offered at $80,000-$95,000 per year
