Our company specializes in all-natural clean energy beverages that offer consumers a delicious and healthy caffeine boost. We are experiencing amazing growth and need a driven candidate to help us continue revolutionizing the industry.

As the perfect candidate, you'll be responsible for generating leads, establishing new accounts and retailers, and overseeing the entire sales process. Our focus is on expanding our reach across the Pacific Northwest by partnering with establishments that cater to health-conscious and beverage-loving consumers.

We've already established our distribution network across the state of Washington and Northern Idaho and are now seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us grow our market.

As a Regional Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring BeGOAT Clean Energy continuously achieves and exceeds our sales objectives while maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction. Regional Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers in a designated sales area, with the aim of nurturing lasting partnerships.
  • Efficiently recognize retail prospects and proficiently implement sales tactics to maximize your gains.
  • Utilizing monthly reports to identify and address what is generating positive or negative trends and implement plans where appropriate to improve
  • Set goals, craft a compelling sales pitch, prepare for potential objections, and effectively address any concerns that arise.
  • Executing point of sale and merchandising standards,
  • Managing relationships with wholesalers including communication, work withs, hosting wholesaler breakout meetings, and conducting general sales meetings.
  • Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential retailers. You will be asked to travel 20-50 percent depending on the time of the year.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales with KARMA CRM.
  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.

Regional Account Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years or more Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to problem-solve with minimal supervision
  • Able to knowledgeably, clearly, and enthusiastically promote our products to customers
  • Strong computer and writing skills (MS Office, e-mail, etc.)
  • Must live in or around the Seattle, Washington area.

Variable Compensation:

  • Case Commission paid monthly

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
