We are looking for sales individuals who have a passion for taking care of customers on a different level. Our fast paced sales environment, attention to detail, and uncapped commission structure gives us an advantage over the large distribution model. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will foster existing relationships in your territory, help new businesses grow their revenue and present ideas to the customer on a weekly basis. We carry a diverse portfolio specializing in Ultra-Premium Tequilas and other spirits. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be eligible to transact alcohol merchandise purchases from businesses.
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- Must be a results-oriented sales professional with superior verbal/written communication skills and exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Responsibilities:
- Calls on accounts and prospects new accounts in given territory
- Analyzes accounts for opportunities by visiting and offering solutions
- Prepare sales presentations to customers
- Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and refilling as needed
- Educate staff, owners and patrons on our brands
- Achieves sales and merchandising goals
- Weekly preplans on how best to achieve objectives
- Understands and works with management on inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and by alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand
- Hit goals and standards by achieving distribution, volume and placement goals as set by management.
- Obtains payments for company by collecting and delivering checks or other remittance from accounts where legally permissible
- Manages customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base, fuel allowance and exceptional commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn. Simple.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
