We are seeking an Account Manager who is proactive and passionate about our company's solutions and our customers.

The focus of this position is being in charge of managing/strengthening existing client relationships in South Florida Region while developing new customer relationships in the multi-family, HOA and property management and commercial arena.

This position requires one to build relationships with your contacts, so they see you as the solution.

You will be designing and proposing solutions to customers, so it is important you have a working knowledge of the industry and solutions.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

To be considered for this position the candidate "MUST":

• have knowledge of Automated Gate Systems, Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, and other integrated technology platforms.
• have an understanding of computer/networking technologies and an understanding of low voltage systems and wiring.
• be self motivated with a strong work ethic, an eye for details and accuracy.
• be creative in their sales techniques.
• have a winning attitude.

This position offers a base salary, plus bonus with no cap on potential earnings, and an auto-allowance.

TEM Systems has 2 sales/service offices located in Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa as well as affiliates in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
