About PSG Energy Group: PSG Energy Group makes it easy for customers to explore and implement energy savings and sustainability measures. We take a comprehensive look at our client's energy usage to identify savings and renewable solution opportunities. We manage the entire process from concept through engineering through installation and provide ongoing O&M support.

Summary of the Sales Support Coordinator: The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative and sales support to the PSG Team. Coordinator will work in collaboration with shared services for PSG's holding company, Envelop Group. The Coordinator ensures smooth running of our company's projected sales pipeline, backlog and projects, as well as contributing to document control and communications across all departments. The Coordinator will be responsible for project administrative tasks, accounting support, and general office support of the PSG team.

General Duties:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for PSG management.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Ordering and maintenance of office and building supplies/equipment.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist with project meeting minutes and meeting documentation.
  • Review bid databases and public notices for opportunities.
  • Develop target list per established criteria.
  • Develop contact information database for targets.
  • Assist in opportunity and lead vetting.
  • Develop and maintain marketing outreach material.
  • Develop promotional and educational material (i.e., K-12 clients' classrooms and STEM events).
  • Prepare Request for Proposal and Request for Qualification responses.
  • Assist in presentation creation, compiling and printing.
  • Support and backup to Operations Coordinator to include, but not limited to:
    • Material inventory
    • Monthly vendor/material cost tracking and availability
    • Tool Inventory
    • Subcontractor/Vendor pre-qualification and required documents


Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 2 years of Inside Sales or office experience is required
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.)
  • Microsoft Teams and Salesforce a plus
