We are expanding and looking for several highly motivated individuals for Outside Sales/ Route Sales Professionals across Central and Western Virginia. You will be provided with an already established territory to build upon. YOU are your OWN boss. This is YOUR business.

Requirements:

Must be highly motivated, reliable, and have good interpersonal skills.

Must be able to invest in yourself and business.

Provide yourself with a Box Truck, Cargo Van, or enclosed trailer to carry products/inventory.

Here is what to expect:

Training
You will become a certified instructor and provide your customers with the most up-to-date materials and hands-on training/tire repair certification programs.

Relationship Selling
Your customers know they can count on you to maintain a consistent schedule while providing the right range of products that are essential in keeping their shop operating and their customers happy.

Inventory Management
Providing the right amount of product to each customer based on their consumption between scheduled visits.

Product Knowledge
Provide information to your customers on the latest industry trends and products making tire repair tasks easy and safe.

What your day consists of:

Position yourself to be at your first customer when the doors open. Introduce new and current products, promotions, and solutions to customers throughout the day generating sales. Invoice and collect payments at each stop while building relationships with technicians and shop owners. Put your customers at ease. Make sure they can rely on you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
