JOB SUMMARY:Installs, services, and maintains automatic chemical dispenser systems in customer’s facilities - primarily jails and state prisons in the Miami area - South Florida. Provide technical expertise on automatic dispenser systems to marketing and sales personnel when selling PRIDE janitorial chemical products to new customers. Responsible for PRIDE products sales (approximately 25%) in specified counties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties may be assigned.

1. Achieve annual sales goals as set by PRIDE management for sales of PRIDE products in assigned territory.

2. Follow-up on and track leads for PRIDE products.

3. Establish sales goals annually in conjunction with Management.

4. Assists customers with information and training on use of PRIDE janitorial, laundry, and warewash chemicals.

5. Surveys customer location to determine type and quantity of automatic chemical dispensing equipment that is required.

6. Install PRIDE automatic chemical dispensers at customer’s facilities in accordance with existing policy, and applicable electrical and plumbing codes.

7. Perform routine service calls on PRIDE automatic chemical dispenser equipment at customer location in accordance with existing policy.

8. Responds to emergency calls from customers within the times prescribed in existing policy, then analyzes problems causing the emergency and make repairs or suggestions as appropriate.

9. Analyzes problems with customer equipment that tends to hamper or interferes with the operation of the dispenser systems, then submits recommendations to the customer via appropriate service report form.

10. Assists marketing and sales personnel on matters concerning the automatic dispenser systems, when called upon to do so.

11. Writes and submits reports to the Sales/Service Manager pertaining to daily operations, service calls performed, equipment installed and parts used.

12. Is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the service vehicle assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
