JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Director Global Brand Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Manage respective channel by maintaining a positive working relationship with customers. Identify and qualify prospective new customers via phone and email. Support aggressive growth, increasing sales and retail distribution, and achieving company goals based on business plan.
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Identify and qualify prospective new customers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Increase profitable sales and distribution of all Gold Eagle Brands.
- Maintain independent sales representatives where appropriate to effectively sell products, promotions, and programs.
- Coordinate and Participate in consumer, customer and national trade shows.
- Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts to strategize with business plans.
- Conduct strategic, well-planned professional sales presentations to existing/new customers.
- Utilize active listening skills to uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how to solve them.
- Travel and overnight requirements are expected and will be based on geographical and account responsibility.
- Identify track and report on competitive market trends.
- Work closely with the Director Global Brand Sales in preparing sales goals, forecasting of existing and new products, business plan development and target accounts.
- Operate within budget and guidelines assigned by the Senior Director Global Brand Sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 6-12 months of previous business experience
- Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communicate skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
