The Hustle:

Helping makers (our customers) with their hardware and industrial supply demands. Working with them to better understand their needs and help them solve their problems. Problem-solving is what we pride ourselves on. If our customers leave with a smile, you’re doing your job well (and since you’re Extraordinary, you already knew that). Additional duties include stocking shelves, checking out customers, merchandising end caps, cycle counts, and more. After initial training, you will be assigned to a primary department to maintain and manage to higher performance (although you will help customers throughout the store). The ideal person for this role will have a mix of customer service and mechanical knowledge in their work experience and interests (aka, "good with your heart, good with your hands").

The Cheddar:

Base pay is $18-$20/hr based how Extraordinary your experience is, and incentives combined with future company growth can move you into the $20-$22/hr range all-in. Other benefits include flexible paid time off, medical insurance (HMO and PPO options), and at least 10 paid holidays / year (Superbowl Monday is not one of them).
