Currently seeking out team members to join our growing sales team in the Columbia, ! We specialize in teaching our team members the ins-and-outs of the latest technology products and services. No experience in tech is needed and we are hiring immediately!
Daily Duties:
Handles wireless appointments and retail customer inquiries
Work comfortably in a retail environment
Provide information about wireless products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
