Duties as a Entry Level Account Manager:

• Attract potential customers by clarifying product and service inquiries; suggesting information about other products and services to fulfill their needs and boost sales margins
• Prepare correspondences and surpass customer needs to assure customer retainment
• Establish sustainable relationships of trust with consumers through open, welcoming, and interactive communication
• Meet personal and team goals set by management staff
• Answer questions relating to marketing with accuracy and confidence
• Attend meetings and work hands-on with the customer service & sales management team to ensure proper customer service is being executed

Qualifications We Look for in a Entry Level Account Manager:

• 0-2 years of experience in Sales
• Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time adequately
• High School Diploma / GED
• College degree preferred but not necessary
