Essential Duties
- Collaborate with field liaisons to provide essential support in their efforts to educate and engage referral sources, driving growth in admissions
- Utilize a sales approach to educate medical professionals about our agency's home health and hospice services
- Address customer needs and provide exceptional customer service to build strong and lasting relationships with referral sources
- Communicate and coordinate with patients, families, and physician offices to process referrals and efficiently coordinate patient care
- Process and coordinate referrals received by the organization, ensuring a smooth and timely transition for patients into our home health and hospice services
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare services.
- Associate's Degree in related marketing field
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
- Strong customer service skills, with a sense of urgency and adept problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
