As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission, making the first contact with decision-makers, and guiding them through our innovative services and the life-changing benefits of going solar. You’ll book sales appointments for homeowners, paving the way for a sustainable future.

Role Overview:

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities to identify potential clients in various neighborhoods.
• Weekly and daily training will be provided to help them succeed.
• Unlimited room for career growth and advancement.
• Provide world class “after-sale services” including courtesy calls and site visits.
• Huge growth opportunities in leadership, new markets, recruiting etc.

Compensation:

• Commission + Bonuses
• Average earnings for salespeople fall between 62K - 132K/ year
• Plus incentives and vacation trips

Requirements:

• 1-year minimum door-knocking experience
• Must be willing to learn and grow as a sales representative
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Highly motivated and willing to door knock learn and grow
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to the office.
• Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $62,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
