Argco is a Fire protection distributor of pipe, valves and fittings with a branch located in Coventry, R.I. who is looking for a sales assistant/inside sales rep for the fire protection industry

Responsibilities:

Entering of Quotes and/or sales orders along with customer request for data sheets/price books. Ideal candidate must be proficient with Excel/Google sheets, able to work independently and take directon. This position would lead to the following with a bonus based program:

* Must have Fire Protection product knowledge in a sales environment. *

• Call on existing customers to generate sales.
• Call on new and prospective customers to generate sales.
• Gather data and enter it into a computer system.
• Write product and sales literature.
• Meet with sales and product managers.
• Hold a positive attitude toward work and coworkers.
• Be enthusiastic about the company's products.
• Deal with difficult customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,147.00 - $85,000.00 per year
