Full description of the position

We are a niche construction company that specializes in concrete coating applications. We improve the look of concrete surfaces to include garages, walkways, driveways, patios, pool decks and the like. We make concrete pretty! Our customers range from residential homeowners to commercial business. We currently serve the greater North County San Diego area and are looking to expand our business. We have been growing steadily and are looking to compliment our business model with an enthusiastic and driven sales person. The primary function of this role will be to manage the influx of leads coming in from various sources, set appointments for in home/ business estimates and close the sale. The expectation is for the sales person to respond quickly to requests for information through our CRM, develop a system for follow up, set appointments and close the sale. You will not report to an office every day, you will be setting appointments from wherever you like but will be available as needed to set make the sale.

We will teach you all there is to know about this booming market and how to be effective selling our service and story. We prefer someone who has experience with in home estimates and the art behind it but it is not a must. Qualities we are looking for: Reliable, personable, well spoken, articulate, flexible and committed to growing with us. Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
