Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and Account Executives for product information, configuration, quotes, and intake of new orders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responding to customer & Account Executives inquiries via phone and email.

· Configure Apple, HP, and other computing technology products.

· Quotes: Build, Submit & follow up on quotations and adhere to contractual pricing.

· Intake of new customer orders for order fulfillment processing.

· Provide product availability & order ETA to customers as requested.

· Identify compatible supplies & accessories per customer requirements.

· Collaborate with Account Executives on sale opportunities.

· Acquire and maintain Apple, HP Inc, HPE and 3rdParty technical and sales certifications

· Perform any and all duties as assigned regardless if a particular duty has been outlined herein.

· Maintain an error free, safe, and effective work environment.

Job Qualifications:

· High School diploma.

· Currently or previously enrolled in a 2-4-year degree program.

· Related work experience, currently enrolled or a graduate of a 2- or 4-year degree program is desired.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Technical knowledge of computing products.

· Must be able to effectively multi-task.

· Exceptional mathematics skills.

· Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

· Previous sales experience is desired.
