Do you love playing video games?
Are you very outgoing?

Gameway’s purpose is to make airports entertaining and we are accomplishing that with something that 50% of Americans do already everyday: play video games! Gameway (Gameway.gg) has two locations at DFW in addition to LAX, HOU, CLT airport where our entertainment lounges are a first class like setting with gorgeous 4K tv’s, high speed internet, Razer gaming headphones, a place to charge their phone/tablet and always the newest and popular games available. All we need now is someone like you!

Who you are:

• An extremely welcoming host. We are looking for those who have a passion for being friendly and welcoming. Someone not afraid to say hi to hundreds of strangers.
• Our lounges will be first class and we’ll expect that you’ll take pride in a clean and fun atmosphere.
• Focused on customer’s happiness. Aside from them enjoying themselves, be willing to offer every customer an opportunity to purchase snacks or drinks.
• Sales oriented. Understand that for Gameway to be successful we must maintain a minimum number of customers playing at all times as well as upselling them to buy snacks and/drinks.
• Have fun at your job. Gameway will encourage you to play on your breaks for free. Did someone just say “JACKPOT?!”

Job Requirements:

• Be able to repeat the sales process to include initiate greetings with passengers walking by the store.
• Able to learn and operate our Point of Sale system.
• Have knowledge on PlayStation/Xbox consoles as well as all the newest and most popular games.
• Know and execute Gameway procedures.
• Pass a background check for badging which is required by the airport.
• Be extremely reliable to show up for your shifts on time, every time.
• Stand for long duration during your shift.

Pay:

• $15/hour
• Open Availability
• Full time
