AmeriStar Agency, Inc is a successful family-owned company based in Wayzata, MN. We have a "people first" mindset and are proud of our supportive, team oriented culture. We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who is hard-working, team oriented and is a skilled communicator. This position works out of our office located in Wayzata. The hours are Monday–Friday 8am-5pm with an hour daily lunch break.

This is a full-time, in-office, salaried position with a dynamic benefits package, including 401K Plan with 3% match, long term disability, life insurance, 50% health insurance premium coverage (some benefits have a waiting period). AmeriStar also offers weekly team lunches, coffee breaks on the patio and monthly employee appreciation activities. You’ll also have your own office!

Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized insurance support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interaction
• Conduct policy reviews annually and as needed
• Process client change requests and ensure policies are accurate
• File, follow-up and assist with claims
• Work closely with Producers to maintain current book of business

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Past Account Executive experience within Personal Lines Insurance
• Knowledge of personal insurance policies and coverages
• Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
