OVERVIEW

Our goal is to bring common sense back into the business world. We have encountered too many instances in our lives where we have to be on hold, transfer departments, wait for people to ask their boss, etc. Our long-term objective is to have all of those questions answered to the customer's wants - knowing that this is a learning process, and that we won't be perfect every day. We want individuals who are willing to join us in this journey.
