Our client, is a family-owned Danish OEM manufacturer in the recycling and waste industry, is expanding their team in the North American market and seeking an Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist for their office in Bensenville, Illinois. Celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year, our client has been a household name across a multitude of industries and applications ranging anywhere from food and beverage to retail and anaerobic digestion.
Reason for the Job Opening:
As the business grows in the North American market, they need an organized inside salesperson who will field and coordinate inbound leads, inquiries, and many other requests. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for shipping, accounts payable, and a small number of administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle client inquiries via phone and email; send prospective clients marketing materials, maintain accurate records of all correspondence received and sent, including quotes, orders, instructions, etc.
· Coordinate communications both internally and externally in all areas of the sales process.
· Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with tradeshow/exhibition preparation.
· Create and maintain sales contracts and agreements, update ERP and CRM databases by recording account information and customer records.
· Process orders and shipments of parts from the warehouse, create invoices, and track payments using an ERP system.
· Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments, installations, and all logistics including schedules and checklists.
· Light bookkeeping; process payments, track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Coordinate communications both internally and externally regarding all aspects of the order process
· Assume responsibility for duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or G.E.D.
· 5+ years previous office experience, preferably in sales support, customer service, account management or logistics.
· Advanced computer skills with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures.
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
· Ability to muti-task and prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative; self-motivated
· Technical understanding with a curiosity to learn how machines and different products work.
· Team player with a mentality to strive across the board; being a critical part of a growing team and organization.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
