Job Summary

If you have Retail or Restaurant experience, love helping customers, but want to double your income by selling big ticket items, then this job is for you! The company provides over 1,000 leads for this store per month...seriously. Any leads you bring yourself are in addition to these company-generated leads.

Adonis Auto is a fast-growing In-House Financing car dealership with operations in Texas and Kansas.We are growing fast and are recruiting friendly, motivated, & detailed-oriented people to join our top-notch team. Here at Adonis we pride ourselves on quality, transparency, and genuine customer service.

We just opened our Houston Location so we are looking for Sales Associates to join our team.

We pay attractive commission rates, and our high volume of leads means you have the potential to make $50,000 your first year or more! On average you should close 20 deals per month.

Responsibilities and Duties

Position duties:

-Responding to customer inquiries on our cars and on our in-house financing program.

-Cultivating and managing your own book of customer leads to make sure that we don't lose any interested buyers.

-Guiding customers through the finance application process.

-Explaining to customers their payment options and how to effectively manage their finances and succeed in our program.

-Giving genuinely friendly, humble, non-pushy service every day. Our customers should feel like you are their trusted adviser in this important purchase and not just a pushy car salesman.

-Making sure all purchase documents are explained fully and signed accurately.

-Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate more leads.

-Pitching in with other duties as needed. We are a small company and all hustle to do what's best for the customer, regardless of our job titles.

Qualifications and Skills

Skills & experience needed:

-High School diploma. College degree preferred.

-Previous experience in customer service preferred. This can be in restaurants, banking, retail, or anywhere. You must love talking to people all day!

-Spanish fluency is preferred, but not required.

-Motivation to work long hours, effectively bring in leads, and close high sales volume every month. We want candidates who are hungry to earn high incomes.

-Team attitude. Our culture is awesome here at Adonis, and we don't hire jerks.

-Attention to detail. We operate in a highly regulated industry of consumer finance, so you must always adhere to company policies and procedures.

-Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $550.00 - $1,100.00 per week
