Full description of the position

• Work Closely with Producers
• Process underwriting requests from companies
• Follow-up on all supplementary documentation for account files
• Customer service, billing, mortgage and policy inquiry calls
• Provide professional support to the team
• Troubleshoot client issues and resolve them quickly

Required Competencies: Property Casualty Insurance License not required by beneficial

• 2+ years' experience in Personal Lines Insurance beneficial
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in process documentation
• Team-player with selfless attitude
• Professional demeanor and commitment to the highest levels of customer service
• Experience with Windows, MS Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred
• Experience with AMS360 is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
