Job Overview

The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for sales growth and business development with Rogue wholesalers throughout the United States. This is accomplished by virtual meetings and phone calls to our contacts at the distributor partners with consistency. The goal is to grow shipments to these distributors; primary tasks are to manage inventory, gain distribution of Rogue products, and educate and motivate the distributor sales team both remotely and when visiting key markets. The ideal candidate will live in or within easy commuting distance of Portland, OR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships and maintain communication with wholesaler partners.
  • Ensure our wholesale partners place on-time orders to ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained.
  • Ensure execution of chain placements and display programming.
  • When conducting in-market visits, meet with Rogue accounts to grow sales and presence; meet with distributor management and conduct annual business planning; present Rogue to distributor sales force; host Rogue events and tastings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum two years managing a distributor network.
  • Experience selling beer and spirits beverages to retailers.
  • Strong vocal and analytical skills.
