Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for executing sales enablement and go to market strategy. This role will develop and deliver training, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to support and enable the retail sales process, ensuring alignment with our brand and franchise model throughout the client journey. This role is responsible for leading and delivering impactful strategies, processes, and programs to drive and optimize productivity, effectiveness, and performance throughout Restore’s in-studio sales philosophy.

Sales Process Roll-Out

  • Collaborate with consultants, cross functional team members, and studio staff to design the rollout plan, communication and training strategy, and post -rollout optimization.
  • Curate rollout content, design information delivery methods, and sequencing touch points in the most efficient and effective manner.

Sales Training and Development

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the franchise & corporate studios.
  • Collaborate with the internal Education Team to create training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules specific to sales within studio operations.
  • Conduct ongoing sales training sessions and workshops with the franchise system to address skill gaps and reinforce best practices.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sales process based on lessons learned in the studio environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining brand standards.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the sales process and recommend enhancement as needed.

Sales Content Creation

  • Create and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and sales scripts.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for sales content and ensure its accessibility for the franchise system.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align sales with the brand messaging and key objectives.

Sales Optimization Process

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sales process.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining brand standards.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the sales process and recommend enhancement as needed.

Sales Performance Tracking and Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Franchise Performance Team to track performance in studio sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Coaching certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or similar role (within a multi-unit franchise environment is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years managing project roll out, including change management and project management skills.
  • Advanced learning and development skills, sales enablement skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales best practice.
  • Experience with creating and implementing sales coaching frameworks.
  • Experience with implementing high level sales strategies.
  • Experience rolling out a sales process in a multi-unit retail operation.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver engaging sales training sessions.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and marketing.
  • Experience communicating with leaders and executives.
  • Be comfortable with and positively respond to customer and market changes.
  • Resilience and proven ability to work in complex environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and planning skills.
  • Travel to studio locations as required, up to 25%.
