Do you want to take control of your paycheck and make upwards of $3,000 a week?

Look no further! Fluent Solar is expanding and looking for incredible individuals who are ready to make a base pay of $20/hr PLUS commission!

With this door-to-door position, you will be working with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our Closing team to deliver a solar proposal. Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales, but only to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a free Solar proposal. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you!

There is no experience required! We will train the right person to succeed.

Compensation:

Pay is $20.00 per hour PLUS commission

A lot of companies will advertise a base plus commission only to find out it's a base or commission or the base isn't really there. This is a guaranteed base pay plus commission on every lead that you set that sits with a consultant! We are open to candidates seeking either Part-time or Full-time employment. Our average appointment setters make around $1,250 per week while our top reps make $3,000 per week.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass Qualified Neighborhoods Door-to-Door
• Set appointments with customers to review the option of switching to solar
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

• Previous canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours - 16 of those during prime selling hours 4-8 pm.
• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
• Personal transportation
