We currently have a vacancy in one of our client divisions, we are looking to add additional sales trainees to help oversee all new and existing client accounts within the Chicagoland area. As a Sales Trainee this is an entry level offering paid training to learn all of our clients product & service lines as well as our sales tactics while working with customers. Sales Trainee's have the opportunity to learn how to maintain and build client relationships from the ground up to build consistent clientele and increase sales revenue for our firm and our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engaging customers and helping oversee sales all the way through
• Follow compliance standards and be a professional through and through
• Seek out sales opportunities by approaching customers in location to increase brand awareness.
• Working under limited supervision & with other team members
• Attending company meetings and keeping up on product knowledge, events, promotions as well as competitors offers
• Maintaining and upholding company policies / complaint standards
• Ability to work a full time schedule ( 40 - 42 hours a week ) our sales team works 9 to 7
• Prioritize tasks & customer needs to increase sales and profitability
• Build relationships with all customers and team members and continue to maintain the relationships we already have

Hiring Bonus will be paid out upon completion of training being completed, following a full time work schedule, and completing their 90 day probationary period with no attendance / compliance issues.
