Full description of the position

Candidates for our Sales Representative position must have strong communication skills and will be eager to make customers feel welcome. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Must also have a positive attitude and desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints. Ultimately, these qualities will make you very successful in this role as you both ensure our customers leave the store satisfied and will have done your part to contribute to the store’s overall success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information on product sizing, features, and pricing
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked and organized. Also ensuring the store is kept clean and free from clutter and anything hazardous
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role is preferred
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
