Louada Granite is looking for a professional inside sales/office manager for our granite shop. The ideal person will be looking to advance their career through learning and growing into future positions as our great company continues to grow rapidly. Our ideal candidate would be a highly organized, motivated, and resourceful individual that is eager to succeed. This is a base pay + commission position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, and alternating on Saturdays 9-2

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating new sales and new accounts.
• Highly organized and ability to multi task
• Learn about our products, software and basic installation requirements
• Build positive customer relations.
• Assisting the sales manager in executing customer satisfaction, sales, and overall performance and profitability.
• Admin/Estimating
• Accompanying customers inside and/or outside the store for product selection
• Scheduling Product Orders and Deliveries
• Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
• Expected to set a Exceptional example in sales.
• Over-the-Top Customer Service.

Requirements:

· 1-3 years sales and admin experience preferred

· Self- motivated

· Team player

· Neat in appearance and have a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.

· Basic office skills which include the ability to type, comfortable with math, and phone and computer skills.

· Microsoft office knowledge and QuickBooks software knowledge is preferred.

· Willingness to work outside business hours on occasion

• Monday to Friday, some weekends
