We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is located within the headquarters division of Eagle Solar & Light, LLC.
Position Responsibilites:
- Ensure a “full” sales funnel with the target of executing contracts in line with quarter and annual sales goals
- Target an average sales cycle of 180 days or less
- Generate C-level leads for commercial opportunities through professional networking and conducting in person, telephone-based or virtual sales meetings
- Ensure that Capsule CRM is being used daily and updated daily to track your sales funnel
- Identify and contact on average of ten new prospective clients within your assigned territory on a weekly basis
- Develop and present high-quality presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Utilize and be proficient in the software platforms used by ESL (EnergyTool Base et al)
- Ensure regular contact with clients to maintain a positive commercial relationship
- Generate ideas to make the business organization attractive to prospective clients
- Evaluate collated data for trend identification concerning pricing, scope of work and competitor proposals
- Be active in local commercial and industrial professional organizations to maintain a market presence in assigned territory
- Attend Industry training programs, conferences, seminars and trade shows as required or needed
- Provide support in marketing efforts including regular use of professional social media platforms
- Develop and present high-quality presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Develop and customize requested customer reports, ensuring they meet the client’s needs
- Comply with company policies and procedures and other practices
- Conduct personal win/loss analysis including the number of contacts that lead to executed contracts

Compensation:
This position has a base salary of $35,000-$45,000 depending on experience with additional incentive compensation (commission) based upon the individual’s actual sales. The full compensation package with commission, assuming sales quotas and goals are met, could be in the range of $75,000+.
